Head Underwriting & Claims

You will be responsible for leading and integrating the Underwriting & Claims strategy to ensure a profitable and sustainable life insurance portfolio. This includes strengthening risk selection and claims management practices, driving automation and efficiency, overseeing new business underwriting, renewals, and revivals, managing claims operations, and building strong reinsurance partnerships. Collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Product teams will be crucial to balance growth with risk prudence.
