Job Description

As the Head of Trade and Revenue Management, your role will involve contributing to the country's trade strategy by overseeing the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to revenue, sales, and financial activities. You will analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, implement new processes, and collaborate with other teams to meet revenue goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the country trade strategy in terms of channel and portfolio mix, commercial policy, and pricing strategy - Monitoring the return on trade investments and providing insights through analysis - Establishing trade management KPIs at the channel level aligned with global KPIs - Identifying and making recommendations to improve trade investments in conjunction with business units and functions - Driving trade investment and pricing processes from end-to-end, engaging all relevant business units and functions - Identifying key areas for distribution expansion and contributing to formalizing commercial strategy for E-Commerce - Creating go-to-market strategies to maximize long-term profitable growth in sales area Qualifications required for this role include: - 15+ years of experience in the Pharma Industry with 10+ years of sales experience - Experience in Business Operation SFE and analytics for 4 to 5 years - Demonstrated leadership roles and experience in segmentation and prioritization - Proven track record of elaborating customer mapping and KPI building Sanofi is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
