Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan processes for all NPD, die & component manufacturing to meet project deadlines.
Review design drawings to determine the process flow for manufacturing components.
Prepare machine loading charts to optimize resource use and balance operations, including die, jig, and fixture production as per schedules.
Plan machine operations considering component status pre- and post-hardening, monitoring WIP and completion status.
Analyze data with team to ensure smooth operations and improve productivity.
Plan CAD/CAM improvements for the CNC section.
Train new engineers on die manufacturing processes, AutoCAD, and CAD/CAM.
Address daily troubleshooting on the shop floor related to part manufacturing
