Job Summary :

To spear head Talent Acquisition process for Corporate Functions and Senior level hiring across BU


Key Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Experience in sourcing profile for middle and top level (Supervisory & leadership) hiring needs across Business Units.
  • Good experience in using various recruitment digital platforms to generate suitable profiles like Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs.com and other emerging platforms.
  • Ability to assess market landscape of talent with respect to cost, right role sizing, target companies, geographical assessment to enable quick talent find.
  • Should have experience in handling top level head hunting for senior level hiring needs of the organisation. Coordinating with top search firms and other platforms to establish a relationship, create interest and covert passive job seekers into active job seekers.
  • Good experience in calculating CTC offer by understanding current pay and its structure. Should be able to do internal and market benchmarking to arrive at offer CTC.
  • Good negotiation skill is required, to pitch in at the right approach and get the candidate on-board within the budgeted cost.
  • Excellent organizing skills in organizing interviews, coordinating with various stakeholders in the interview process like candidate, interview panel member, consultant to ensure seamless interview process.
  • Hands on knowledge in SAP – RCM Recruitment module will be an added advantage.
  • Possess right attitude to assess the fitment of the candidate through initial screening process both in technical and behavioural attributes.
  • Ensure the TA process is adhering to SLA’s like TAT, Cost, Quality (Fitment to role) and closure time.
  • Passionate on Talent Acquisition space.

Education, Experience & Diversity :

  • MBA HR or MSW, MHRM, Or equivalent Post Graduate Full time from reputed institute.
  • Candidates from Manufacturing industry background preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, leadership hiring, talent head hunting with reputed brands.
