Job Summary:

Head Systems and Governance

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement standardized procurement and supply chain systems across plants and business units.
  
• Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, and audit mechanisms to ensure process discipline and regulatory compliance.
  
• Drive digitization and automation initiatives (e.g., e-sourcing, e-auctions, supplier portals) for process transparency and efficiency.
  
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align policies, risk controls, and sustainability goals across procurement.
  
• Monitor adherence to internal controls, risk mitigation protocols, and procurement ethics.
  
• Evaluate ERP system capabilities and ensure seamless integration with procurement functions.
  
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify process gaps and ensure corrective action.
  
• Ensure supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance evaluation frameworks are system-driven and compliant.
  
• Train and mentor procurement teams on process excellence, compliance, and governance policies.
  
• Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and operations to ensure cohesive governance practices.
  
• Proven track record of implementing procurement systems, digitization tools, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and procurement technologies.
  
• In-depth knowledge of procurement policy, audit requirements, and governance best practices.
  
• Experience working in cross-functional leadership roles.
