The Head of Strategy will drive long-term growth strategy, business planning, and expansion vision of the Group.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Define and drive the Group’s
5-year and 10-year business vision
aligned with organizational expansion. - Conduct
market opportunity analysis
for large-scale infra-led developments (wellness townships, retreats, lifestyle estates, residential villas, commercial properties etc.). - Create business strategies for
new verticals, acquisitions, diversification, and joint ventures
. - Identify and evaluate new markets, geographies, and partnership opportunities.
Business Transformation & Execution
- Build and monitor
strategic roadmaps
for each business unit. - Lead
cost optimization and revenue scalability initiatives
across the Group. - Translate strategic plans into
execution workflows and performance KPIs
for all teams. - Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with infra project delivery.
Commercial & Financial Strategy
- Develop
project feasibility reports
, financial projections, and investment models. - Support project funding strategies—banks, private investors, PE partners.
- Work closely with Finance teams on budgeting, profitability, and risk mitigation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work with
Projects, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and HR
for alignment of business priorities. - Present
quarterly strategy reviews
to Management / Board. - Lead a team of
business analysts, strategy executives and PMO resources
.
External Collaboration
- Collaborate with
urban planners, architects, infra consultants, EPC partners, contractors, government agencies and tourism/wellness authorities
. - Build partnerships with
technology, development, infra enablement, wellness and institutional partners
.
Required Background
Mandatory – Experience only from Infrastructure / Infra Industry
Preferably from: real estate developers, EPC companies, large-scale infra companies, township & gated community developers, smart cities, tourism infra, or wellness infra projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of strategic and business planning experience, including min. 5+ years in a leadership role.
- MBA / PGDM in Strategy / Finance OR equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of
project life cycle, project costing, compliance, approvals
, commercial negotiations and risk management. - Proven experience in
scaling infra-driven business models
.
