Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking. Collaborate closely with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for seamless workflow and data alignment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inward and outward materials. Lead, train, and motivate store personnel while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Implement effective cost control strategies to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal/external audit requirements. Proficiently use MS Office applications and ERP systems for reporting and operational tasks. Prepare and submit timely Management Information System (MIS) reports as required. Preferred candidate profile Graduate, preferably with Post Graduation in Stores & Inventory Management. Experience- 12-15 years in Store & Inventory management of a manufacturing organization.
