Strategic Sourcing Market Trends:

• Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies that align with business objectives. Forecast market trends and ensure

• a responsive supply chain that mitigates risks and leverages emerging opportunities in materials and procurement technologies

Localization Supplier Development:

• Spearhead efforts to localize suppliers by developing robust relationships with local vendors for sheet metal parts, castings,

• forgings, brass, special SS materials, and electrical items. Ensure vendors are aligned with the company s quality, cost, and delivery

• goals.

Inventory Control Cost Optimization:

• Manage inventory levels effectively, aligning procurement with demand forecasts. Optimize costs through strategic negotiations

• and vendor selection while ensuring consistent quality and timely deliveries (OTD).

Vendor Selection Qualification:

• Lead the technical site assessments and supplier qualification processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams including

• engineering, manufacturing, and quality to define criteria and ensure supplier capability. Oversee Advanced Product Quality

• Planning (APQP) with suppliers to guarantee process reliability.

Supplier Performance Audits:

• Develop KPIs to monitor and drive supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery metrics. Conduct regular supplier audits,

• ensuring compliance with company standards and continuously improving supplier capabilities.

Green Field Project:

• Good Exposure in CAPEX purchases and planning high procurement values for a green field project.

Project Procurement Management:

• Oversee procurement activities for key projects, ensuring timely sourcing and purchasing of materials like castings, forgings, brass,

• cutting tools, and consumables. Ensure close collaboration with the project and engineering teams to meet project deadlines and

• technical requirements.

• Supplier Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers. Facilitate vendor development programs that ensure suppliers meet evolving business needs and are capable of supporting new projects or product developments.

Innovation Continuous Improvement:

• Stay at the forefront of sourcing innovations, adopting new strategies to drive cost savings, improve lead times, and increase

• supply chain agility. Lead initiatives to continuously improve sourcing processes and supplier development strategies.

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership to the sourcing and procurement teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking.

• Guide teams through major projects, supplier negotiations, and the resolution of complex supply chain challenges.
