Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales Distribution for pan India but located in Agra. The Head of Sales Distribution will be responsible for managing and growing channel sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the sales team. The role also involves negotiating with partners and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

• Analytical Skills to understand and interpret market trends
• Team Management and strong leadership skills
• Negotiation skills for effective deal-making and partnership management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Agra
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
