Job Description

Responsibility for Sales and Service

Focus area: India
Potential future expansion of geographic responsibility: neighboring countries, such as Bangladesh and Sri Lanka

At least 8 years of experience in sales or marketing of industrial products with a strong focus on mechanical engineering in an international environment
Ideally, experience in the
textile machinery industry
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel for business, approximately 50% per year (to be close to the customer, to understand the market trends and local needs)
Knowledge of a modern CRM and strong in systematic market analysis
Excellent in communication and management
Strong leadership, management, planning skills, customer oriented to guarantee revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Main Tasks:

Identification of market opportunities and customer requirements/needs
Active contribution to the local management team's decision-making and strategy
Leading the local sales & service organization to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction
To read in advance the market change and to propose solution to keep and regain our market leadership
Analysis of markets, competitors, customer needs, and development trends
India sales budget and sales revenues ownership with direct reporting to GM and APAC Sales Director.
Visiting constantly customers/exhibitions and supervision/ monitoring sales activities of JMIN sales and after sales department
