Key Responsibilities: Head - Risk and Compliance (20+ years of experience) | Mumbai City | Call Centre and Customer Service

Oversee enterprise-wide governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Lead compliance reviews, audits, and implementation of controls across geographies.
Collaborate with global teams and senior stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
Manage incident response, regulatory updates, ESG/CSR programs, and cross-functional risk committees.
Drive policy implementation, training, and risk mitigation strategies while providing regular reporting to senior management and the Board.

The Successful Applicant

Requirement for Head - Risk and Compliance professional:

Qualified CA
Experience in BPO/KPO/ITES
20+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk and Compliance, internal Audit
Experience in Risk Control Management, Governance Risk and Compliance, ESG reporting, and compliance frameworks across multiple regions
