Head Retail Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of OPD & IPD revenue growth of existing consultants.
• Track individual doctor-wise revenue performance monthly and quarterly.
• Identify gaps in patient flow and opportunities for growth per doctor.
• Design and execute customized doctor-specific marketing plans including:
  
• OPD strengthening strategies - outreach opd
• Patient recall campaigns
• Area targeting based on specialty
• Visibility enhancement around clinic days
• Ensure steady month-on-month growth in revenue for assigned doctors.
• Coordinate with doctors to understand their patient expectations, availability, and peak OPD patterns.
• Hiring new doctors

2. Retail Patient Acquisition & Market Penetration

• Support doctor revenue growth through structured retail marketing.
• Develop area-wise patient sourcing strategy for each specialty and doctor.
• Ensure increased footfall aligned with doctor-specific targets.
• Monitor conversion ratios from retail outreach to OPD/IPD admission.

3. Ambulance Marketing & Emergency Channel Development

• Handle ambulance marketing as a strategic patient inflow source.
• Build and manage strong relationships with:
  
• Private ambulance drivers
• Fleet operators
• Emergency transport networks
• Conduct engagement activities like CPR training, incentive meets, and networking lunches.
• Map and strengthen ambulance referral zones aligned with target departments.

4. Samaj Relationship & Community Network Building

• Establish and maintain relationships with Samaj leaders and community heads.
• Plan community health initiatives and programs aligned with doctor specialties.
• Convert Samaj connections into referral ecosystems supporting doctor OPD growth.
• Maintain engagement calendar and contact database

5. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management

• Identify and manage strategic relationships with:
  
• Influential doctors
• Community leaders
• Business heads
• Senior social figures
• Leverage KOL influence to build credibility and increase doctor-wise patient inflow.

6. Team Leadership & Execution Control

• Lead and guide retail marketing executives.
• Allocate doctor-wise and area-wise responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor daily activity reports and ensure focused execution.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and corrective planning.

7. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute campaigns aligned with specific doctor growth goals such as:
  
• OPD camps
• Specialty awareness programs

8. MIS, Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain structured MIS for
• Doctor-wise revenue
• Leads generated

• Ambulance and Samaj referrals
• Share analytical reports with management for review and strategy revision.

9. Branding & Visibility for Doctor-Centric Positioning

• Enhance visibility of key doctors through local branding activities and targeted promotions.
• Ensure consistent positioning of doctors as authority figures in their specialties.

10. SOP Development & Process Structuring

• Develop SOPs for:
  
• Doctor revenue growth strategy
• Retail marketing operations
• Ambulance and Samaj engagement
• Ensure standardized, repeatable execution.
