The Role

Head – Real Estate Sales (Dubai/Delhi)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership

  : Drive sales of Dubai and Delhi NCR luxury real estate assets to HNIs and Family Offices.

• Client Coverage

  : Build, nurture, and manage long-term HNI/UHNI relationships, converting networks into transactions.

• Developer Partnerships

  : Establish alliances with leading developers in Dubai & India, securing exclusive mandates.

• Transaction Execution

  : Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle – sourcing, negotiations, viewings, documentation, closure.

• Revenue Milestones

  : Deliver ₹200Cr+ annual sales targets across Dubai Goa and Delhi.

• Brand Positioning

  : Represent Sàwai at luxury showcases, investor events, and private forums.

Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years’ experience in 

  Luxury Real Estate Sales / HNI Relationship Management

• Proven track record of closing 

  high-ticket transactions (₹10Cr+ properties)

• Deep HNI network in Delhi NCR and/or NRI/UHNI channels for Dubai sales
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
