Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Head Python - Fintech Product role. The responsibilities include developing and overseeing product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, performing in-depth market research, and leading teams to deliver innovative fintech solutions. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that the product aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Product Strategy and Product Management.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends and market demands.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or related domains.
• Prior experience in the fintech industry and leadership roles is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time.
