Position:
Manager / Sr. Manager – Head Propulsion Systems
Department:
Engineering Outfitting SCS (Ship Construction Site) – Propulsion Systems
Location:
Amreli, Rajkot, Gujarat

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or Naval Architecture (mandatory)
12–18 years of relevant experience in shipbuilding / ship repair with 6–8 years in a senior/managerial role directly responsible for high-precision machinery installation and trials

Key Competencies:

Expertise in marine engine installation, optical/laser alignment, stern tube/rudder stock boring, resin chocking
Knowledge of IACS/Class Rules, QAP, QHSE, SAP/ERP
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
