Key Responsibilities: Lead the integration of UAV systems and oversee complete field testing operations. Coordinate effectively between design, integration, and testing teams to ensure seamless execution. Identify and debug system failures in both lab and field environments. Validate new UAV builds to ensure readiness for deployment and field use. Analyze test outcomes and recommend design improvements for better performance and reliability. Proven hands-on experience in UAV build, assembly, and end-to-end flight testing. Advanced troubleshooting skills across avionics, propulsion, and communication subsystems. Proficiency in operating ground control stations and using mission planning software (e.g., Mission Planner, QGroundControl). In-depth, cross-functional knowledge of UAV integration procedures and quality assurance practices.

Knows, follows and uses the design standard documents, DFMEA, PPAP, DVP, Control Plan & GD&T 7. Co-ordinate DVP tests/analyse. 8. Resolve engineering issues using recognised methodologies. 9. Coordination with other functional areas, such as programme teams, purchasing, quality, plant operation team/ other development teams. 10. Work in a simultaneous engineering environment to support the development plan, ensuring design for manufacture and assembly. 11.
