Assistant Manager-OMQ: Job Description Performance Indicators Key Tasks: 1) Implements the weekly beat plan and works with technicians to support OMQ in his/her allocated area. 2) Coordinates with AM, SM and State Head in resolving the issues 3) Coordinates the execution of OMQ activities such as machinery installation, plumbing work, electrical work, water sample collection and testing, filter replacement, distribution of consumables regarding O&M in his/her area of operations 4) Monitors and guides technicians and interact with technicians only daily basis. 5) Collects and analyzes OMQ data of his/her allocated area and assists OMQ manager in report generation of OMQ. Profile (Attributes): 1) A Proactive person. 2) A person who can handle the team 3) A person that demonstrates willingness to learn and ready to get his hands dirty. 4) A person with commitment, integrity and responsibility. 5) A person with problem solving ,trouble shooting skills and eye for detail 6) A person who can consolidate the plant level MIS and report the same to his/her reporting officer. 7) A person with positive mindset 8) A person motivated to do something good for his community 9) A person with qualification of BE/ B.Tech with 3-4 years of experience. Should be able to Analayse 1) OMQ issues identified VS Issues rectified in past 3 months 2) Preparation and updating of MIS of the plants Availability of data regarding OMQ issues / Shut down trackers , Visit reports Speed and accuracy of data collected and updating it to the reporting officer 3) Commissioning of new plants as per the OMQ manual 4) Turnaround time for resolving issues 5) Cost Reduction - Overall in Project Execution Handling team of technical experts , Knowledge of R.O machinery complete maintenance
