As a highly experienced Head Projects with 15-20 years of experience in Infrastructure focusing on Construction of Roads, Highways, Tunnels, and Civil Structures in Himalayan Terrain, your role will involve overseeing and managing all project-related activities to ensure successful execution within budget and timeline constraints. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution & contract management. - Develop project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility. - Implement effective project management processes to track project progress, risks, and performance. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. - Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. - Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements. - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals. - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelors degree in engineering or related field (Masters preferred) - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable In addition to your technical skills, you are expected to possess strong leadership and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams & Contractors, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as adaptability and resilience in challenging environments.
