Educational Qualification (as on 01.05.2025):

• Mandatory:

  Graduate / Postgraduate from a Government recognized University / Institution or reputed college.

• Preferred:

  CA, CFA, CFP, or NISM (Investment Advisor / Research Analyst / 21-A) certifications.

Experience (as on 01.05.2025):

• Essential:

• Minimum

  15 years of relevant experience

  in financial services, investment advisory, product development, and private banking.
• Out of which,

  at least 8 years in Wealth Management

  .

• Preferred:

• Expertise in equity, PMS, AIF, and mutual funds.
• Proven experience in product structuring and development for high-net-worth clients.
• Leadership experience managing investment professionals at a national level.
• Strong understanding of market analytics, macroeconomic trends, and investment research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  Define and enhance the

  Wealth Management value proposition

  and product strategy.

• Investment & Research Oversight:

  Lead research and investment teams to deliver

  high-quality market insights and research reports

  .

• Product Development:

  Drive

  innovation and benchmarking

  in wealth management products across asset classes.

• Collaboration & Integration:

  Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement

  technology-driven solutions

  for client portfolios.

• Compliance & Governance:

  Ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI/IRDA), product due diligence, and continuous capability building through knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Performance Management:

  Regularly review product performance, portfolio analytics, and client value creation metrics.
