Head - Patching and Infra Governance

As an experienced Infrastructure Compliance Manager, your role will involve ensuring the bank's infrastructure meets all RBI compliance requirements and implementing security and operational controls for infrastructure systems. You will conduct regular infrastructure assessments to ensure adherence to internal security policies, industry standards, and RBI regulations. Your responsibilities will also include leading and implementing zero-day patching processes, overseeing the identification, remediation, and patching of security vulnerabilities, defining best practices for patch management, and preparing compliance reports for senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure RBI compliance for the bank's infrastructure - Conduct regular infrastructure assessments for security and compliance - Lead zero-day patching processes - Oversee security & vulnerability patching across infrastructure systems - Define and establish patching best practices - Prepare compliance reports and support RBI audits - Collaborate with internal teams for patch deployment and security measures - Plan and execute patch deployment cycles - Respond to security incidents and implement corrective actions - Monitor for emerging threats and vulnerabilities - Document patching procedures and share knowledge with relevant teams Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in infrastructure compliance, patch management, and security in banking and financial sector - Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and compliance requirements - Proven expertise in vulnerability management, zero-day patching, and patch deployment - Proficiency in patch management tools and security assessment platforms - Background in risk and compliance management within IT infrastructure - Experience supporting audits in regulated environments - Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA are desirable - Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Your expertise in infrastructure compliance, patch management, and security, along with your knowledge of RBI guidelines and compliance requirements, will be crucial in ensuring the bank's infrastructure remains secure and compliant.
