Role & responsibilities Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee and manage all technical operations within the organization. Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals. Ensure that all technical projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage technical budgets and resources effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. Monitor and evaluate the performance of technical systems and processes. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors. Provide technical guidance and support to other departments. Manage risk and ensure the security of technical systems. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Develop and deliver training programs for technical staff. Lead technical meetings and presentations. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems. Ensure that all technical operations are efficient, reliable, and scalable. Should have good experience in Aluminium Industry.
