Role Description

Integrator

This is an opportunity to lead the company and brand in an exciting professional startup environment. The Head of Operations will be responsible for leading day-to-day factory operations, managing teams, overseeing budgets, and ensuring efficient communication within the organisation. Head of Operations will be responsible for setting up the production line and factory. You will be reporting directly to the Founder of the company. Our major products include fresh cut F&V, spice products, etc.

Factory and manufacturing line setup:

• Responsibility of planning and execution of complete end to end factory setup and manufacturing lines.

Procurement Management:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
• Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Monitor procurement metrics and analyze data to optimize procurement processes and minimize costs.

Marketing & Sales Coordination:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align operational activities with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure seamless execution of marketing and Sales plans by coordinating resources, materials, and logistics.
• Analyse marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Factory Oversight:

• Oversee Factory operations to ensure efficient Production, distribution, and inventory management.
• Implement best practices for inventory control, including regular stock audits and reconciliation.

Operations Management:

• Streamline operational processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

General Activities:

• Provide oversight and support for general administrative activities as needed.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.
