Full Time
• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives for process improvement. Familiarity with ERP/SAP, 4M planning, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems to minimize downtime.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap rate, cost variance, on-time delivery) and ensure performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics — to ensure seamless production.
• Mentor and develop managers, engineers, and shop-floor teams for high performance.
• Prepare and manage operations budgets and capital expenditure plans.
