Primary Healthtech (Mobilab) India's leading portable diagnostics startup is hiring an Operations Head to lead national deployments, streamline field logistics, and ensure 100% delivery excellence across devices, kits, and wellness services. Key Responsibilities Device Delivery & Deployment : Oversee end-to-end dispatch, installation, and after-sales for Mobilab devices and screening kits across India Ops Planning & SOPs : Build and execute monthly plans for logistics, field support, and AMC workflows Team Leadership : Manage and expand field teams (engineers, trainers, site managers) with daily performance monitoring Logistics Oversight : Optimize pan-India courier, storage, and just-in-time delivery to MMUs, clinics, camps, and pharmacies Reporting & Compliance : Track installations, POCs, support tickets, and field KPIs align with ISO 13485/CDSCO norms Customer Support : Ensure SLA compliance, coordinate with tech and sales teams for smooth client experience What We’re Looking For 8–12 years in Ops/Field Delivery roles in MedTech, diagnostics, pharma, or healthcare Strong skills in team management, deployment, installation SOPs, TAT tracking, and camp logistics B.E./B.Tech preferred + MBA (Ops/Supply Chain) is a plus Hands-on with Excel, inventory trackers, CRM/ticketing platforms Why Join Mobilab?
