Job Description: As the Head of Ops & Student Support at SVKMs NMIMS Centre for Distance and Online Education (NCDOE) in Mumbai, your main responsibility is to provide leadership in strategic planning and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure the success of the assigned business unit. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective operational strategies and policies to ensure smooth functioning of all ops functions - Coordinate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and optimize resource allocation - Implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize supply chain operations - Oversee the administration of examinations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and security protocols - Manage IT team to ensure smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications - Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions - Provide strategic leadership and direction to Manager-Student Support for efficient and effective support services for students - Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for Ops Functions and Student Support aligned with company objectives - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of Ops functions - Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative work environment - Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation - Develop and manage the departmental budget, monitor key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to drive profitability and efficiency Qualification Required: - Masters degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field - Proven experience of at least 15+ years in a senior management role in education administration, operations management, or call center/student support roles,
