Job Title: Head of Training & Institutional Sales – EdTech

Location: Bhopal (Flexible with travel as needed)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Training & Institutional Sales to lead the promotion and sales of our online and offline skill development courses. This leadership role involves driving partnerships with educational institutions and vocational training centers across regions, ensuring strong market penetration and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for promoting online and offline training programs to colleges, universities, and institutes.
  • Build and manage high-value relationships with institutional stakeholders, including deans, directors, and training placement officers.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve institutional sales goals.
  • Represent the organization in webinars, seminars, and strategic meetings with partners.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure program alignment with market needs.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support product development and positioning.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EdTech or training sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Proven success in institutional or B2B educational sales.
  • Deep understanding of the training and skill development ecosystem in India.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with digital learning platforms and enterprise sales models.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and large institutional accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Open to travel
  • Strong planning and time-management skills.
  • Self-driven with a passion for technology and education.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with colleges and universities in a training or placement support role.
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and digital delivery tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,332.04 - ₹72,555.52 per month
