Head of Trade Processing & Account Transfers

Your role: Are you an individual with a proven track record of high-quality operational execution and team management You will lead UBS's Capital Markets Trading Middle Office, Mutual Funds Operations, and Account Transfers teams. Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations such as trade processing, reconciliation, risk management, account transfers, and ensuring coordination between front and back offices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of >25 individuals, fostering a culture of high-performance focused on excellence, accuracy, and efficiency. - Oversee trade confirmation process for Fixed Income, Equity, Structured Products, and Mutual Funds, ensuring timely and accurate trade capture. Collaborate with front office and counterparties to resolve discrepancies. - Manage incoming and outgoing client account transfers via the ACATs process. - Manage daily suite of control and reconciliation processes, identify and resolve discrepancies promptly, and provide reporting to senior management. - Proactively identify and manage operational risk, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Drive process reengineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, and support scalability. - Collaborate with IT teams on initiatives impacting middle office infrastructure and related processes. Your team: You'll be joining an Operations team that supports various functions across transaction products, focusing on financial and regulatory control and providing excellent service to Wealth Management clients.
