Head of Scaled Solutions Engineering

As a Solution Engineering Manager at gTech Ads, you will be responsible for managing a team of Solutions Engineers to develop scaled solutions for customers across different tiers. Your role will involve establishing relationships with executive leaders in Product teams, regional groups, and other specialists to ensure alignment on opportunities and customer priorities. Additionally, you will lead change management initiatives that drive automation and efficiency of workflows and processes for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Solutions Engineers to develop scaled solutions for customers across different tiers. - Establish relationships with executive leaders in Product teams, regional groups, and other specialists to ensure alignment on opportunities and customer priorities. - Lead change management initiatives that drive automation and efficiency of workflows and processes for customers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture. - 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting. - 5 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role. - 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python).,
