We’re Hiring: Head of Sales _ EdTech (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Head of Sales who can take charge of our growth journey - someone who understands the education ecosystem, knows how to sell real value, and has a proven track record of scaling revenue and teams.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Build and execute a winning sales strategy aligned with our mission in the EdTech space.
• Set clear revenue goals and lead the team to exceed them - annually and quarterly
• Take ownership of the entire sales funnel: from identifying organic lead sources to closing deals.

Team Leadership & Development

• Hire, train, and lead a team of passionate sales professionals only for offline
• Define and track key KPIs, run performance reviews, and create growth plans for the team.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to coaching and closing.

Organic Growth & Pipeline Management

• Drive quality lead generation through referrals, college networks, partnerships, events, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing to turn thought leadership and content

Client Relationships & Deal Closing

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers in colleges, institutions, or corporates
• Understand their unique pain points and present solutions that add real educational value.
• Negotiate and close high-stakes B2B and B2C deals, with a focus on long-term success.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the sales strategy is aligned with company goals.
• Bring back insights from the market to shape product direction and positioning.

Work Location: On-site, Tirupati

Joining Date: Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,533.92 - ₹70,000.00 per month

• Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
