Job Title: Tele caller / Education Counsellor Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh Experience: Minimum 2 years Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about educational programs. - Counsel students on course selection, admission procedures, and career prospects. - Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries related to admissions and academic programs. - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up on leads. - Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional events. - Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets. Required Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Ability to explain complex information in a simple and engaging manner. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Fluency in English and Telugu preferred.
