Job Title: Tele caller - EduTech Location: Tirupati – Onsite Duration: Full Time NP: Immediate Joiners A reputed education institute looking for an edtech experienced tele sales executive Job Description: Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner. Attentive listening to understand the caller needs and address concerns. Resolving customer inquiries and requests student's satisfaction Working with marketing team to provide screening of leads and giving it to requisite Sales concerned superiors. Ability to convince potential callers and to get convince them Candidate Profile: 1-3 years of experience in tele sales Edtech industry experience would be an advantage but not necessary. Preference will be given who handled Edtech Tele calling Must be fluent in Telugu & English Additional south Indian language added advantage Education: Graduation / Post Graduation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,869.21 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
