Job Description

As a candidate with 15+ years of experience in IT services sales/business development of Finishing school, Digital learning platform, Talent Sourcing & Deployment, and Staff Augmentation, you will be responsible for the following: **Role Overview:** You will be required to have relevant experience in end-to-end management of Professional/Staffing services for enterprises in India and abroad. Your proven track record in handling similar business in various engagement models such as T&M, Contract-To-Hire, Finishing School, Source-Train-Deploy of fresh graduates, and Digital learning platform will be crucial. Additionally, your ability to lead and manage the entire process, including leads, sourcing profiles, interviews & closures, billings, collections, account management & mining, is essential. Interacting at senior levels and being a relationship-oriented go-getter will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a New Sales/Hunter role for Talent Services (Staff Augmentation & Finishing School) - Guide the setup of the entire end-to-end process - Work out budgets for BU regarding revenues, margins & investments required - Generate sales leads through various channels - Qualify and convert leads to prospects - Collaborate with the delivery team to source the right profiles, conduct interviews & closures - Coordinate billing & collection with Finance - Manage customer relationships and grow accounts through up-selling & cross-selling - Provide sales reporting & forecasting - Manage vendor and consultants relationships - Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers **Qualifications Required:** - Sales Strategies / Planning expertise - Market / Domain Knowledge - Strong Presentation Skills - Deal Closing Skills - Motivational and Influential abilities - Proficient Prospecting Skills - Ability to Sell as per Customer Needs - Business Development Skills - Socially adept - Proficiency with numbers - Strong communication and IT fluency - In-depth knowledge of the industry and current events - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines - Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations - Attention to detail - Excellent time management - Willingness to travel extensively within India - Good communication skills & team work - Strong relationship orientation - Number driven and go-getter attitude - Ability to adapt to new technologies/offerings In addition, as a Bangalore-based candidate with experience in the India market, handling global markets would be a plus.
