Head of Sales

Position: Head Sales (Pipe Division)

Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience in Trade and Project sales of ERW & MS Pipe Segment

Qualification: Engineering graduate (preferred)/ MBA

Job Role

• Work with top management for formulating corporate goals, short term and long-term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
• Manage profit center, analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to various teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
• Driving sales targets, marketing initiatives and implementing sales promotional activities to achieve business goals.
• Networking with Institutions for approval of Jindal Brand Products for large orders for New Projects and registration with Govt. sectors for technical qualifications of Jindal Products.
• Appoint new dealers on Pan India basis for improving the sales and contribution.
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by enhancing approach of team end to end.
• Creating road maps of effective sales & development along with getting in-roads into new territories for exports.
• New customer acquisition.
