Job Description

The Head of Retail Risk effectively implements & manages Retail Risk for the bank as per policy and framework.

Assess and Mitigate Credit Risk for Retail Assets (Personal Loan, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Home Loans, Loan Against Properties , Business Instalment Loans, Loan Against Gold, Loan Against Securities) including:

• Operational Risk

• Products & Processes

• Key Risk Indicators

• Risk Control & Self-Assessment

• Other Key Risk Metrics

Experience of minimum 15-18 years, preferably in BFSI

MBA/CA

Job role in Retail Banking Liabilities Products/Business Development field/Risk
Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
Good Communication & Presentation Skills
