Head of Risk Management

The Head of Retail Risk will be responsible for effectively implementing and managing Retail Risk for the bank in accordance with the established policies and framework. This includes assessing and mitigating Credit Risk for various Retail Assets such as Personal Loans, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Home Loans, Loan Against Properties, Business Instalment Loans, Loan Against Gold, and Loan Against Securities. The key areas of focus will involve Operational Risk, Products & Processes, Key Risk Indicators, Risk Control & Self-Assessment, as well as other Key Risk Metrics. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15-18 years of experience, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. An MBA or CA qualification is required for this role, with a specific job role background in Retail Banking Liabilities Products/Business Development or Risk management.
