Head of Retail Gold Buying Industry

You are the ideal candidate for the role of Head of Retail if you have a passion for spearheading store expansion, managing multi-city rollouts, and ensuring brand excellence. Your strategic planning and execution skills, combined with your ability to lead teams in a trust-sensitive industry, will be key in driving the success of our retail operations. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing a retail expansion strategy across Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities, identifying profitable locations through data-driven ROI models, overseeing store launch execution from site selection to regulatory compliance, monitoring performance metrics such as sales per sq. ft. and store profitability, building and managing a team of regional managers and rollout specialists, and ensuring brand and trust compliance across all outlets. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in retail expansion and multi-city store rollouts, preferably in the gold/jewellery, luxury retail, or BFSI sectors. Your proven track record in vendor management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, along with your excellent communication and leadership abilities, will set you up for success. This is a full-time position with benefits including commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund. Fluency in English and Kannada is required, and availability for day shifts is a must. The work location is in person.
