Ideal Candidate Profile

18+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering/test automation.
Proven leadership in the fintech/banking domain (experience in a Banking GCC is preferred).
Strong exposure to Agile/DevOps testing environments and tooling.
Experience managing large QE teams (75+ members).
Strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of modern QE frameworks.
Able to work closely with global teams and drive transformation at scale.
