Head of Quality Engineering

As the Head of Quality Engineering for a Global Capability Center (GCC) in the fintech/banking domain, your role will involve leading transformation initiatives, implementing Agile and DevOps testing strategies, and scaling the testing team. You will report to the Global Head of QE based outside India and work closely with global teams to drive transformation at scale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead quality engineering and test automation efforts with 18+ years of relevant experience. - Demonstrate proven leadership in the fintech/banking domain, preferably in a Banking GCC. - Implement Agile/DevOps testing strategies and leverage modern tooling. - Manage large QE teams comprising 75+ members effectively. - Develop a strategic mindset and hands-on understanding of modern QE frameworks. **Qualifications Required:** - 18+ years of experience in quality engineering and test automation. - Previous leadership experience in the fintech/banking domain, preferably in a Banking GCC. - Strong exposure to Agile/DevOps testing environments and tools. - Proven track record of managing large QE teams. - Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and drive transformation initiatives at scale.
