🎯 Role Overview

Head of Production & Content

You will be responsible for:

• All

  in-app content

• All

  social media content

• Ads & performance creatives

• Original short-form web series

• Offline event coverage

• Team leadership & production timelines
• Overall creative output of Stylz

🧩 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead All Content & Production

• Own production for all verticals: in-app videos, ads, reels, web series, campaign films, events, and creative assets.
• Convert brand briefs into production-ready plans with scripts, shot lists, and timelines.

2. In-App Content Creation

• Develop and produce videos for:
• Style reports
• Feature explainers
• AI demos
• Tutorials
• Trend content
• Collaborate with the Product & Styling teams to ensure content aligns with user journeys.

3. Social Media & Brand Content

• Drive content across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee reels, shorts, carousels, BTS, challenges, and brand story content.
• Maintain a monthly production/content calendar.

4. Performance Ads & Creative Testing

• Produce high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Generate weekly creative variants for rapid A/B testing.
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead for fast turnarounds.

5. Original Vertical Web Series (Stylz Originals)

• Lead ideation, scripting, casting, production, and editing of episodic content.
• Maintain consistency in character, design, and storytelling.

6. Offline Events & Coverage

• Cover campus events, pop-ups, PR events, collaboration shoots, etc.
• Deliver real-time content + post-event films and reels.
• Ensure high-quality coverage and quick content delivery.

7. Team Leadership & Management

• Manage a team of editors, designers, DOPs, photographers, stylists, writers, and freelancers.
• Set clear KPIs, workflows, and deadlines.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand identity and quality standards.

8. Pre-Production Excellence

• Create production decks, mood boards, references, and scripts.
• Manage budgeting, vendor coordination, casting, locations, and logistics.

9. Post-Production Supervision

• Review and finalize all edits before they go live.
• Ensure consistency in color, sound, pacing, branding, and storytelling.
• Maintain organized content folders and archives.

🛠️ Requirements

Must-Have

• 3-8 years' experience in

  video production, content creation, film production, or creative studios

  .
• Strong understanding of

  short-form content

  (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Experience managing

  end-to-end production

  and leading creative teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, audio, and production tools.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z content, trends, and rapid experimentation.

Good-to-Have

• Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or startup brands.
• Experience producing web series or episodic content.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation tools.
• Ability to edit or supervise editing with strong storytelling instincts.
