Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the position of Head of Partnership - School & Education Ecosystem. In this role, you will establish and nurture strategic relationships with schools, educational institutions, NGOs, and industry stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include identifying partnership opportunities, managing and expanding the partner network, creating collaboration frameworks, and driving sustainability initiatives within the education ecosystem. You will also oversee partnership strategies to ensure alignment with GoSharpener's mission and goals, while measuring the success and impact of these collaborations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Relationship Management and forming meaningful Partnerships with stakeholders.
• Solid Analytical and Communication skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience in managing Strategic Partnerships and identifying synergies between organizations to enhance mutual goals.
• Proficiency in planning and executing sustainability-focused initiatives in educational settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Education, or a related field; prior experience in the education/EdTech sector or sustainability projects is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively, meet organizational goals, and demonstrate leadership abilities.
