Head Of Operations - Lighting

As a highly experienced Head of Operations - Lighting at Total Productions Pvt Ltd, your role will involve leading and managing all lighting operations for live events, productions, and installations. You will oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of lighting projects to ensure high-quality service, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and proven track record in managing large-scale lighting operations will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the lighting team to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lighting department to ensure the highest quality service for every project. - Safety Management: Ensure that lighting operations adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. - Project Management: Take ownership of lighting projects from concept to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. - Resource Management: Manage the inventory and procurement of lighting equipment and materials to ensure the availability of high-quality resources. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree in any field. Additional certifications in lighting technology or project management will be an advantage. - Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lighting operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a production, event environment, live entertainment, corporate events, and installations. - Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols and regulations and familiarity with the systems followed in live entertainment fields. - Leadership & Management Skills: Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills. Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
