Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

-Make sure the office runs smoothly, including admin work and facilities

-Work with the IT team to solve technical and system issues

-Talk to clients, ensure good service, and quickly fix any problems

-Handle complaints from customers and employees in a timely manner

-Manage vendors and service providers, and keep track of their work

-Lead and support different teams in operations, admin, and support

-Take care of all daily activities at the head office and improve processes

Required Skills & Experience:

8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an NBFC or financial services environment

Strong skills in Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)

Proven track record in team management, grievance handling, and operations leadership

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
