Job Description

Position: Head of Operations- BFSI-Training & Operations (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Experience Required: Minimum 10–15 years Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end BFSI skill development project implementation across multiple locations in Pan India . Oversee training delivery and operations in the BFSI domain, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Establish and maintain strong corporate partnerships within the BFSI sector to facilitate student placements . Build and sustain government partnerships for large-scale BFSI project rollouts. Spearhead content development specific to the BFSI sector for training modules and certification programs. Plan and supervise center setup in new locations across India, ensuring operational readiness. Drive student mobilization and enrolment initiatives with a focus on reaching underrepresented communities. Monitor and manage regional performance metrics including revenue targets, placement outcomes, and training effectiveness. Provide leadership and strategic direction to regional and functional teams involved in project execution. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven track record in BFSI skilling and operations . Deep understanding of skill development ecosystem and industry requirements in the BFSI sector. Strong people management and project execution skills.
