Solar O&M – Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Preventive Maintenance
Regular inspections, panel cleaning, and system checks to avoid breakdowns.
Corrective Maintenance
Troubleshooting and repairing faults like inverter issues or damaged components.
Monitoring & Performance
Real-time system monitoring, performance analysis, and fault detection.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintenance logs, performance reports, and warranty documentation.
Safety & Compliance
Ensuring safety procedures, training, and regulatory compliance.
Customer & Contract Management
Meeting SLAs, handling client communication, and managing service contracts.
System Optimization
Proposing upgrades and design improvements to boost efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
