Role Overview: As a Documentation specialist or coordinator with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be managing and maintaining records, manuals, reports, and other important documents to ensure transparency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Preference will be given to local candidates who demonstrate proficiency in computer skills. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain documentation to keep records updated and accessible. - Perform data entry and validation tasks accurately. - Organize and store documents efficiently for easy retrieval. - Coordinate with teams to gather necessary information and ensure document accuracy. - Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in audits when required. - Identify areas for process improvement to enhance documentation procedures. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in documentation or a related field. - Proficiency in computer skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
