As an experienced professional with 5+ years in Electrical Diploma/Degree, located in Jaipur or Rajasthan, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities in Solar O&M: - Preventive Maintenance: Regular inspections, panel cleaning, and system checks to avoid breakdowns. - Corrective Maintenance: Troubleshooting and repairing faults like inverter issues or damaged components. - Monitoring & Performance: Real-time system monitoring, performance analysis, and fault detection. - Reporting & Documentation: Maintenance logs, performance reports, and warranty documentation. - Safety & Compliance: Ensuring safety procedures, training, and regulatory compliance. - Customer & Contract Management: Meeting SLAs, handling client communication, and managing service contracts. - System Optimization: Proposing upgrades and design improvements to boost efficiency.
