Your Mission (if you choose to accept it!)

As our Head of Mobilisation, you’ll lead the movement that connects Aero Minds to every corner of the country. You’ll build energetic field teams, visit campuses, host workshops, and mobilise youth, farmers, and institutions to join the drone revolution.

You’re not just filling a role — you’re driving a national impact.

What You’ll Do

 Design and lead mass mobilisation campaigns across India

 Build and manage regional teams and field coordinators

 Partner with colleges, agri universities & local networks

 Organise awareness drives, drone demos & student engagement events

 Track results, motivate teams, and celebrate wins along the way

Who You Are

 A born leader who loves community building and ground activation

 5+ years’ experience in mobilisation / outreach / skill programs / Agri-Tech / Ed-Tech

 Great at communication, coordination & team motivation

 Willing to travel and get things done on the ground

 Most importantly — passionate about drones, sustainability & the future of farming!
