Role Description

The Head of Marketing Department is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing all marketing and public relations activities, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive brand growth. This leadership role requires managing a multidisciplinary marketing team, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying innovative opportunities to promote organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research
• Proven ability in Sales, customer engagement, and revenue growth
• Skills in Public Relations, strategic communication, and brand management
• Strong organizational, leadership, and team management abilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry or working with government healthcare initiatives is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
