Job Description

Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all equipment and utilities.
Lead engineering projects for capacity expansion, technology upgrades, and process improvements.
Drive Brownfield / Greenfield capex projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely execution within budget.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental standards.
Implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives aligned with company goals.
Liaise with local government authorities and regulatory bodies for statutory approvals and compliance.
Manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and monitor budgets for maintenance and capital projects, collaborating with production, quality, and EHS teams to maintain operational excellence while implementing energy conservation and cost optimization initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
