Head of Internal Audit

As an Audit professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits in compliance with SEBI SOAP guidelines. Additionally, monitoring and reporting on risk metrics and key performance indicators are essential tasks. Ensuring compliance with SEBI guidelines is crucial. You will need to align the organization's processes with the SEBI SOAP framework, covering operational and financial risk management. Staying updated with the latest SEBI regulations and amendments related to SOAP guidelines is necessary. Collaborating with regulatory authorities, providing reports on audit findings, and maintaining compliance are key aspects of this role. Documentation and reporting play a significant role in this position. You will prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting observations, compliance gaps, and recommendations for improvement.
